This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Happy Stuf may issue refunds or replacements for products purchased through our website.
Because we sell dietary supplements and vitamins, and operate using a dropshipping fulfilment model, certain restrictions apply to refunds and returns.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a return only if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
All return requests must be approved by Happy Stuf before any items are sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Orders returned without prior approval
- Orders delayed due to customs or carrier issues
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Replacements
In cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Photographic evidence may be required to process replacement requests.
Order Issues & Delivery Problems
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us before requesting a refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other events outside our control.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Happy Stuf is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Orders returned to the sender due to address issues may not be eligible for a refund.
Health & Results Disclaimer
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results, as individual responses to supplements vary.
