Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy purchases. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for each option.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. You can cancel at any time if you do not wish to renew. You may change or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email. Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. We may take no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and store your payment method securely. The remaining balance or full amount will be charged once the item is ready to ship. You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund in line with our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy
For try before you buy purchases, we will authorise your payment method before shipping the item. You’ll have a set period of time to decide whether you want to keep the product. If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
