Processing Time

Every Happy Stuf order is packed with care and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details — because waiting should never feel like a mystery.

Please note: During product launches, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer free shipping within the United States for orders 0–2 lb via Economy Shipping (5–8 days).

However, orders above 2.01 lb are automatically shipped via Express Shipping (2–4 days), and charges apply.

Please Note:

  • Alaska and Hawaii are currently unavailable, and orders can’t be shipped to U.S. military bases.

Free international shipping is also available to selected countries for orders weighing 0–1 lb — because good vibes travel fast. 

  • Economy International: 6–18 business days
    • Customers may need to pay additional fees, such as customs duties or import charges, when receiving the packages.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also log into your Happy Stuf account at any time to view your order status.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  • Check with neighbours or your building’s front desk
  • Allow up to 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early
  • Still missing? Email us at hello@happystuf.com and we’ll help track it down

Address Changes

Entered the wrong address? It happens.

If your order has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible at hello@happystuf.com with your order number and corrected address.

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change delivery details — but we’ll always do our best to help where possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We want every Happy Stuf delivery to arrive exactly as intended.

If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@happystuf.com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make things right — because good vibes shouldn’t get lost in the mail.
